Thank you for taking part in our fun challenge. We're delighted to have your company.
What a challenge it is! Over 50 days, from World Heart Day on Sunday 29 September until Sunday 17 November 2024, we’ll be aiming to walk/run the Americas from top to toe. 15,000 miles along the Pan-American Highway, the world's longest road, through two continents and fourteen countries.
Along the way, we’ll share with you snippets of what happened when a heart health exercise group in Greenock, Scotland, decided to go for a walk.

PS For anyone who wishes to do so, there will also be an opportunity to help a small,volunteer-led Greenock-based charity buy a filter drinking water tank to provide clean drinking water for the children who attend the charity’s nursery/primary school in Eastern Rwanda.
